Subject: 69th street!
I was there...lived nearby in Havertown ... I also saw Hawkwind/Man there...and Tangerine Dream at the Tower..
not many shows open with US Blues!
I think this was the Bicentennial blues reference-
Keith played a grand piano...with a steal your face flag draped over it.
seeing the GD was a nice break from the BS
it was one of those through the mail GD fan things
-had fun

Subject: great sound!
like always Moore does a fantastic recording, worth the dwnld. alone just for the sound, worth the listen although I only found a few songs where the boys were getting into it, kinda lackluster...I hate to say that because all these events were special and were to the ones there.

Subject: better source
i saw no review on this one, so i dl'ed the other...i was unhappy w/ some crowd noise on other version, which although is still a nice listen, is distracting (check out scream as jer takes guitar break in comes a time)

i like the qual of this one more...less crowd to my ears
